Job summary

Pall Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – West to lead its Food & Beverage sales across the Western United States. The role reports to the Director of Sales and involves remote work coverage, territory execution, and team coaching.

You will drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing field team, and collaborate with Engineering, Marketing and Service to deliver solutions to customers with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience with technical products or manufacturing solutions.
• Direct sales management experience over field sales teams.
• Experience overseeing multi-state territories and meeting orders, revenue, and targets.
• Experience developing territory plans and strategic accounts.
• Proficiency using Salesforce for opportunity management and forecasting.
• Experience negotiating technical sales with engineering, operations, or procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a geographically dispersed field sales team.
• Drive regional orders, revenue, and profitability through territory management.
• Grow new customer base and expand market share, including recurring consumables.
• Maintain field presence with customer visits and strategic account engagement.
• Lead funnel management, qualification, forecasting, and sales reviews for pipeline quality.
• Develop territory and key-account strategies and negotiate complex commercial deals.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Marketing, Service, and Supply Chain to solve customer challenges.
