Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Regional Sales Manager – West to lead the Food & Beverage sales Organization across the Western United States. You will drive profitable sales growth, deepen customer relationships, and develop a high-performing field team, reporting to the Director of Sales North America – Food & Beverage.

The role covers the Western US with remote work options and a strong emphasis on territory strategy, account growth, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years B2B sales experience with technical products or manufacturing solutions.
• Direct sales management experience with field sales team leadership.
• Experience managing multi-state sales territories with orders and revenue targets.
• Experience territory and strategic account planning and growth initiatives.
• Experience using Salesforce for opportunity management, pipeline tracking and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed field sales team.
• Deliver regional orders, revenue, and profitability objectives through territory management.
• Drive new customer acquisition and market-share expansion.
• Maintain strong field presence via joint customer visits and coaching.
• Lead funnel management, forecasting, and pipeline reviews for quality.
