Job summary

Samsara is seeking Sales Managers to lead a high-energy sales team focused on mid-sized Private Sector organizations. You will hire, develop, and coach Account Executives II to achieve quarterly targets in a fast-moving environment.

This is a remote role open to US candidates in the Pacific/Mountain Time Zone. You will collaborate across functions, build scalable playbooks, and help cultivate a growth-minded, inclusive culture while driving Samsara’s long-term success.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Proven track record coaching a sales team on outbounding.
• Understanding of complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with public speaking.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ability to forecast pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Coach a team of ~8 account executives on sales strategy, pipeline reviews and targets.
• Hire and onboard new account executives and provide ongoing coaching.
• Work cross-functionally to solve problems and manage projects.
• Create content for training and development programs.
• Provide clear feedback and support to account executives.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale.
