Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead the Hematology sales team for the West region, overseeing Oncology Account Managers and driving strategic plans to exceed targets while maintaining compliance.

You will recruit, coach, and develop top talent, partner with cross-functional teams, and implement regional programs that enhance patient access and brand value across California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Idaho and Hawaii.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years pharma/biotech sales; 3+ years leadership.
• Hematology experience preferred.
• Proven talent recruiting and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oncology Account Managers across region to hit sales goals.
• Develop and execute regional business plans with cross-functional partners.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate sales team performance.
• Utilize digital and in-person selling approaches.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies.
