Job summary

Genmab is seeking a West Regional Business Director to lead the oncology sales team across AK, WA, OR, CA, and HI, building a patient-first culture while meeting sales goals and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will craft regional plans and drive strategic execution to maximize opportunities in Gynecologic Oncology.

The role requires 8+ years of pharma/biotech sales with at least 3 years in leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and strong coaching and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum 8 years sales experience in pharma/biotech with minimum 3 years leadership in Oncology.
• Preference for Gynecologic Oncology experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
• Demonstration of superior coaching skills that drive improvements in sales behaviors and team development.
