Genmab is seeking a Regional Business Director to recruit, hire, develop, and lead Oncology Account Managers across the West region (CA, OR, WA, NV, UT, ID, HI). You will drive regional sales plans, align with corporate strategies, and ensure compliant, value-based selling across channels.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech sales with 3+ years of leadership in Oncology, plus strong coaching and stakeholder management in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years sales experience in pharma/biotech with 3+ years leadership in Oncology.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, develop and retain top sales talent.
• Strong coaching, planning and execution skills; capable of strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional sales team to meet/exceed goals while ensuring compliance.
