Job summary

Sanofi Genzyme is seeking an Area Business Manager for Hematology/Oncology to drive regional sales in the US from a remote base. You will translate territory insights into actionable plans, partner with cross-functional teams, and promote the oncology portfolio to hematologists and oncologists.

The role emphasizes strategic account management, compliant selling, and building lasting relationships with key IDNs and clinics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited school required.
• Minimum two years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Preferred: Oncology/Hematology sales experience.
• BA focus in business or life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory plans aligned with marketing strategies and customer insights (updated quarterly).
• Execute business plans leveraging resources with Hematologists, Oncologists and other key customers.
• Position product information to customers to promote appropriate use of the oncology portfolio within the territory.
• Collaborate with field partners to ensure strategy pull-through from IDNs, reimbursement and accounts.
• Complete call reporting, business plan updates and expense reports in compliance with guidelines.
• Practice effective account targeting and time management.
• Attend trainings, conferences, and symposia as required.
• Maintain driving record and comply with fleet safety requirements.
