Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Regional Business Director to recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Oncology sales team across the US West region. You will drive regional plans, implement strategies, and ensure compliant, ethical market execution to maximize patient access and care.

You will build strong relationships with key accounts, coach staff in value-based selling, and collaborate with alliance partners to optimize resources and outcomes across California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Minimum 3 years leadership in Oncology.
• Preference for hematology experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Oncology Account Managers.
• Meet and exceed regional sales goals within compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate sales teams.
