Genmab seeks a Regional Business Director to lead a hematology-focused sales team in the US Oncology organization. You will recruit, hire, develop, and drive a high-performing group across the West region, including California and neighboring states.

You will implement regional strategies, ensure compliance, and grow sales through strong KOL relationships and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years pharma/biotech sales with at least 3 years leadership in Oncology.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent.
• Strong coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience launching Oncology products and strategic execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead a regional sales team within US Oncology to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Develop and implement regional/national sales strategies and programs.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage performance of the sales team.
• Build relationships with key accounts and KOLs; collaborate with alliance partners.
• Navigate compliance with Commercialization and corporate governance.
• Provide coaching on digital and in-selling techniques; adapt to hybrid work models.
• Analyze regional performance and plan short- and long-term growth.
