Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across multiple states in the United States. You will drive revenue growth, manage pricing and contract terms, and develop regional strategies in collaboration with engineering, quality, and operations teams.

You will build executive relationships with transit agencies and OEMs, lead trade shows, and ensure compliance with supply agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive sales experience in fleet transportation equipment or similar industry, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Candidates without a B.A. degree must have 5–10 years of equivalent experience selling engineering-based products.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional revenue and margin targets with strategic alignment.
• Price, terms, and resource allocation decisions to maximize profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity; adjust strategy accordingly.
• Maintain regional forecasts and expense control across the region.
• Lead trade shows and executive relationships with transit authorities and OEMs.
• Travel up to 80% to customers and sister companies.
