Job summary

Wurth Industry US is seeking a Manager of Regional Sales to lead a regional sales team and drive growth with existing customers while expanding into new opportunities. The role focuses on planning, forecasting, coaching, and achieving profitability in coordination with Marketing, Operations, and Product Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve targets.
• Forecast and establish annual sales objectives for products, customers, and territories.
• Lead and mentor sales representatives within the region to drive performance.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts.
