Job summary

Atlas Roof & Wall Insulation, a division of Atlas Roofing Corporation, seeks a District Sales Manager for the West Region of the United States, covering Idaho, Northern Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. You will own wall business opportunities, set targets, and develop strategies to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities include identifying builders, contractors and distributors, training customers, coordinating with the Architectural Sales Manager, and maintaining a robust territory pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or exceptional industry experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales and marketing in manufacturing/industrial industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify targets among builders, contractors, distributors for Atlas EnergyShield.
• Develop strategic sales plan for the territory and close leads.
• Collaborate with Architectural Sales Manager on leads and feedback.
• Report progress to Regional Sales Manager regularly.
• Track projects from start to close with up-to-date status.
• Understand territory construction practices and insulation buying drivers.
• Know regional market segments (Residential, Commercial, etc.).
• Apply building codes and their impact on decisions.
• Train customers on product knowledge and services.
• Compare competitors and communicate Atlas advantages.
• Assess competitors, pricing, new products and market trends.
• Prepare annual sales plans and set territory goals.
• Advertise on programs/incentives for business development.
• Travel frequently by air, car, and overnight.
