Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Five years of sales experience; two years managing or supervising others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM.
• Experience planning across departments and collaborative decision-making.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, strategic planning, and monitor sales activities to maximize profitability and growth.
• Recruit, train, assign territories, schedule field time, coach, and implement corrective action.
