Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager for the West Division (Finance). Reporting to the VP of Division Performance, you will lead operational performance improvements across ready mix sites in the western United States, champion lean methodologies, and drive margin and cost leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in ready mix.
• Experience with performance tools such as AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3.
• Ability to lead teams and develop relationships across functions.
• Hands-on plant systems, quality control, and data collection experience.
• Site assessments and implementation planning experience.
• Training and mentoring leadership and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites and support prioritization and implementation.
• Analyze plant production efficiencies and identify improvement opportunities.
• Optimize plant operations to maximize margin while maintaining safety and quality.
• Align production planning with demand forecasts to maximize margin.
• Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams to deploy OpEx strategies.
