Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager for the West Division (Finance). The role leads lean initiatives across multiple states, champions cost leadership and margin improvement, and develops capability through training and coaching. Travel up to 50% is expected within the western U.S.

The compensation is $120,000-$140,000 with a 15% bonus. The role emphasizes safety culture, performance assessments, and collaboration with leadership and the commercial team

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in ready mix, leading teams and delivering progressive results.
• Experience with ready mix performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3, etc.).
• Ability to influence at all levels and develop relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites and support prioritization and implementation.
• Drive lean initiatives, cost leadership, margin improvement, and safety culture.
• Coach and develop site leaders and frontline teams in AMAT fundamentals and tools.
