Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager- West Division (Finance) to lead lean improvement initiatives across western US aggregates and ready mix operations. You will drive cost leadership, margin enhancement and sustainability while coaching site teams in AMAT Performance Fundamentals and tools.

The role requires 5+ years in ready mix operations, experience with performance tools, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in ready mix
• Experience with performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3)
• Proven ability to develop relationships and work as both leader and team member
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems, quality control, automation and data collection
• Site assessments and ability to approve tactical implementation plans
• Training, coaching and mentoring leadership and frontline teams

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites, including diagnosis, on-site review and prioritization of actions
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining product quality
• Align production planning with demand forecast and margin targets
• Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams to develop OpEx and value-added strategies
• Lead change management initiatives and coaching to drive sustainable improvements
• Deliver training and mentoring to enhance site leaders and frontline capabilities
• Support development of operational budgets including labor, materials, and overhead
