Job summary

CRH Americas Materials in the West Division seeks a Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager to lead operational performance and continuous improvement across multiple states. You will champion lean methods, drive margin improvement, and advance capability-building through training and coaching of site leaders and teams.

Travel approximately 50% within the western United States, manage end-to-end assessments, and collaborate with operations and commercial leaders to plan investments, budgets,

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in ready mix
• Experience with performance tools such as AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems and automation
• Site assessments and capability-building experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites
• Optimize plant operations to maximize margin while maintaining safety
• Lead change management initiatives with senior leaders
• Deliver training, coaching and mentoring to site leaders
• Support budgeting, planning and reporting
