You will champion lean methodologies, drive margin improvement, and engage in capability-building through training and coaching.

The role requires 5+ years in ready mix, with hands-on experience in plant systems and performance tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in ready mix.
• Experience with industry performance tools like AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver results.
• Experience with site assessments and implementing tactical plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites, including diagnosis and prioritization.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining quality.
• Optimize plant operations to maximize margin and safety.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and margin targets.
• Lead change management and coaching for frontline employees.
