CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking a Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence across multiple western states. You will champion lean methodologies, drive cost leadership, and improve margins while advancing safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in ready mix and leading teams.
• Experience and proficiency in the ready mix-specific performance tools (e.g. AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
• Proven ability to develop relationships and to work with teams as both a leader and a participant.
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems, quality control, field application of automation and data collection.
• Site assessments including reviewing and approving tactical implementation plans.
• Training, coaching and mentoring with leadership and frontline.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain a safe operating culture across AMAT operations.
• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites and prioritize implementations.
• Analyze plant production and equipment performance to identify opportunities.
• Maximize margins by optimizing operations and controlling costs.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership and the commercial team on OpEx strategies.
• Lead change initiatives and gain executive commitment through frontline teams.
• Deliver training and coaching to enhance skills of site leaders and staff.
• Support development of operational budgets including labor, materials, and overhead.
