Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager to lead operational performance and continuous improvement across western US aggregates operations. You will champion lean methodologies, drive cost leadership and margin improvement, and support sustainable practices.

You will build capability through needs assessments, training, and coaching, potentially leading a small team. Travel up to 50% within the western United States is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in ready mix operations.
• Experience leading teams and driving progressive results.
• Hands-on with plant systems, automation, and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at sites and support prioritization.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Optimize operations to meet demand cost-effectively and safely.
• Plan production aligned with demand forecast and margin targets.
• Deliver training, coaching and development for leaders and frontline staff.
