CRH Americas Materials in the western United States seeks a Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager to lead lean initiatives across aggregates operations. You will drive operational excellence, cost leadership and margin improvement with cross-functional teams, training and capability-building.

Candidate should have 5+ years in ready-mix operations, hands-on plant systems experience, and proficiency with performance tools. Travel ~50% across the western U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in ready mix, leading teams and delivering results.
• Experience with ready mix performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
• Proven ability to develop relationships and work with teams as a leader and a contributor.
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems, quality control, automation and data collection.
• Site assessments including reviewing and approving tactical implementation plans.
• Training, coaching and mentoring with leadership and frontline teams.
• Ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites, including pre-visit diagnosis and post-visit planning.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining product quality and specs.
• Optimize plant operations to meet sales demand cost-effectively while maintaining safety.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and margin targets; support scheduling.
• Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams to develop and sell OpEx/value-added strategies.
