Qualifications

• Strong English reading, writing and verbal skills.
• Ability to supervise 8–15 hourly associates.
• Experience with hotel operations and brand standards.
• Ability to monitor safety and security procedures.
• Proficient in budgeting and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% guest experience commitment.
• Assist GM to drive revenue, reduce costs, boost satisfaction.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Enforce policies; promote safety reporting.
• Monitor guest balances and refunds processing.
• Monitor inventory and budget adherence; maximize GOP.
• Serve as first contact for guest service issues.
• Promote service culture and professional conduct.
• Instill guest satisfaction objectives in hourly staff.
