Job summary

AECOM seeks an established senior leader to drive the Transit-Rail business on the West Coast. This role will set growth strategy, oversee profitability, and lead operations and people management across Seattle, LA, Orange, Oakland, or San Francisco.

You will report to the Transportation Regional Business Line Leader, build executive relationships with transit agencies, and mentor staff while collaborating with global transit teams to win major opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required plus 12+ years of related experience, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of leadership and managing large teams with prior Profit & Loss center experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and account management.
• Ability to build broad internal and external networks and inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth, strategy, and profitability for West Coast Transit-Rail services.
• Set strategy, oversee operations and people management for the Transit-Rail Division.
• Report to Transportation Regional Business Line Leader and guide senior leadership team.
• Build internal and external networks and win work while mentoring staff.
