Job summary

AECOM is seeking an established professional services leader to drive growth, strategy, and profitability for the Transit-Rail division on the West Coast. This senior role will oversee strategy, operations, and people management across Seattle, LA, Orange, Oakland, and SF.

The ideal candidate brings extensive leadership, strong relationships with transit agencies on the West Coast, and a proven track record in winning work while delivering complex projects. Immediate start expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required plus 12+ years of related experience or equivalency with 4+ years of leadership and P&L experience.
5+ years in business development, capture management, and account management with ability to build networks and lead teams.

Responsibilities

Drive growth, strategy, and profitability for Transit-Rail on the West Coast.
Lead the senior leadership team, manage operations and people development.
Win work through client relations, BD, capture management, and project delivery.
Collaborate with other AECOM lines globally to serve West Coast transit and rail clients.
