AECOM seeks a VP to lead the West Coast Transit‑Rail Division, shaping growth, strategy, and profitability for the Transportation line. The role includes staff development, client delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration across Seattle and other West Coast hubs.

The ideal candidate has an established transit agency network on the West Coast, a track record of winning work, and the ability to build high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required +12+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and 4+ years of demonstrated leadership and managing large teams with prior Profit & Loss center experience
• 5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and account management. Ability to build broad and deep internal and external networks, and capable of communicating to inspire and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, strategy, and profitability for Transit-Rail services on the West Coast.
• Provide leadership and coaching to staff in areas including account management, business development, capture management, and project delivery.
