AECOM seeks an established Transit-Rail market leader to drive growth, strategy, and profitability across the West Coast. This executive will report to the Transportation Regional Leader and own business direction, client delivery, and people development for the Transit‑Rail Division.

The role requires a track record of winning work, building networks with transit agencies, and leading large teams. The position is based on the West Coast with opportunities across multiple offices and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years of related experience or equivalent combined with 4+ years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years in business development, capture management, and account management with strong networks.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, strategy and profitability for Transit-Rail on the West Coast.
• Lead the West Coast Transportation senior leadership team and manage P&L.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, coordinate with other lines and global teams.
