Job summary

AECOM is seeking an established professional services leader in the Transit‑Rail sector to drive growth, strategy, and profitability on the West Coast. This senior role reports to the Transportation Regional Leader and oversees strategy, operations, and people management for the Transit‑Rail Division.

The successful candidate will build a high‑performing team, win work, manage P&L, and collaborate across AECOM's global lines to deliver iconic transit projects from Seattle to Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required + 12+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and 4+ years of demonstrated leadership and managing large teams of people with prior Profit & Loss center experience
• 5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and account management. Ability to build broad and deep internal and external networks, and capable of communicating to inspire and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, strategy, and profitability for West Coast Transit-Rail services.
• Lead operations and people management for the Transit-Rail Division and coach staff in key disciplines.
• Position, win, and recruit for major projects while balancing delivery, client service, and team leadership.
• Collaborate with other Business Lines and transit teams globally to serve West Coast clients.
