Job summary

AECOM seeks a VP to lead the West Coast Transit-Rail Division, overseeing growth, strategy, and profitability across Seattle, LA, Orange, San Francisco, and Oakland. Hybrid work model; reports to Transportation Regional Leader; responsible for client relationships, project delivery, and staff leadership.

The role requires 12+ years of related experience, strong BD and P&L track record, and CA/WA engineering credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required +12+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and 4+ years of demonstrated leadership and managing large teams of people with prior Profit & Loss center experience
• 5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and account management. Ability to build broad and deep internal and external networks, and capable of communicating to inspire and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, strategy, and profitability for West Coast Transit-Rail services.
• Lead and mentor staff, including account management, business development, capture management, and project delivery.
• Collaborate with other business lines and transit delivery teams to serve West Coast clients.
• Build high-performing team, win work, and ensure profitable operations.
