Job summary

AECOM seeks a VP to lead the West Coast Transit-Rail Division, overseeing growth, strategy, profitability, and operations from Seattle or other West Coast cities.

The role requires industry leadership, strong relationships with transit agencies in WA and CA, and ability to build high-performing teams, manage staff, and deliver major projects on time and within budget.

Hybrid work model with in-person onboarding and collaboration across global transit teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• 4+ years of demonstrated leadership and managing large teams with P&L experience.
• 5+ years in business development, capture management, and account management.
• Ability to build internal and external networks and communicate to inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, strategy, and profitability of West Coast Transit-Rail services.
• Provide leadership and coaching to staff in account management, business development, capture management, and project delivery.
• Position, win, and recruit quickly for major projects to balance delivery and client service.
• Collaborate with other Business Lines and transit delivery teams globally to serve West Coast clients.
