Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Robotics to accelerate market expansion on the West Coast. You will drive strategic accounts, cultivate OEM and system integrator relationships, and present cobot and automation solutions to manufacturing leaders.

This role offers remote work with 30–50% travel, a base salary plus uncapped commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience within robotics, industrial automation, or closely related technology markets.
• Proven track record selling cobots or industrial robotic systems through a consultative approach.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with ability to cultivate opportunities and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth initiatives across the West Coast to generate revenue.
• Cultivate relationships with manufacturers, system integrators, and OEMs to uncover automation opportunities.
• Lead consultative sales discussions, align robotic solutions with business objectives, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Coordinate product demonstrations with technical specialists and evaluate customer applications.
• Strengthen existing accounts and develop new channels for long-term engagement and repeat sales.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast accurately, and deliver against revenue goals.
