Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. The role focuses on high-power open frame and server power solutions for data centers, telecoms, and industrial automation, with a hybrid Bay Area base and remote options within the West.

You will build new business, manage key accounts, and align solutions with engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales within the high-power power supply industry.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• Strong technical understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Established contacts with decision-makers in relevant sectors.

Responsabilités

• New Business Development: identify and pursue opportunities in the high-power power supplies sector with potential clients lacking existing ties.
• Sales Leadership and Strategy: develop and implement sales strategies for high-value clients to meet revenue targets.
• Client Relationships: leverage a network of OEMs, VARs, and system integrators to expand the customer base.
• Industry Expertise: advise clients with deep knowledge of high-power power supplies to deliver customized solutions.
• Market Intelligence: monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform product strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with engineering, product management, and marketing teams.
• Reporting and Forecasting: regularly update management on sales progress and market trends.
