Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in sales within high-power power supply industry, focusing on open frame and server power solutions.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users with existing relationships.
• In-depth understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Established contacts with decision-makers in relevant sectors.
• Consistent achievement of sales targets in a complex, technical sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for conveying technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities in high-power power supplies with prospects lacking ties.
• Sales Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies targeting high-value clients to meet revenue targets.
• Client Relationships: Leverage a network of OEMs, VARs, and system integrators to grow the customer base.
• Industry Expertise: Advise clients with deep knowledge of high-power power supplies to deliver tailored solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends to inform product strategies and maintain competitiveness.
