The role centers on high-power open frame and server power solutions for data centers, telecoms, and industrial automation, with a hybrid Bay Area base and up to 50% travel. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in high-power power supply sales, an established OEM/VAR network, and proven success in complex, technical selling environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales within high-power power supply industry.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• Strong technical understanding of high-power power supplies.
• Established contacts with decision-makers in relevant sectors.
• Track record of meeting complex sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in high-power power supplies.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for high-value clients.
• Leverage OEM/VAR relationships to expand customer base.
• Advise clients with deep knowledge of power supply applications.
• Monitor industry trends to inform product strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
• Regularly update management on sales progress and forecasts.
