Hybrid Bay Area location with remote options within Northern California or Washington State. You’ll lead new business, manage key OEMs, VARs, and system integrators, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales within the high-power power supply industry.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• In-depth understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Established contacts with decision-makers in relevant sectors.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in high-power power supplies for OEMs, VARs, and system integrators.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships across data centers, telecoms, and industrial automation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to align solutions.
• Forecast and report sales progress and market trends.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand the customer base.
• Monitor industry trends to inform product strategies.
