Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience in a technology-focused organization.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and reside in California.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to achieve annual orders, sales, and service revenue goals.
• Drive year-over-year growth across the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new customers and opportunities.
• Build and expand key and strategic customer accounts and market share.
• Manage relationships with customers at all levels.
• Update Salesforce weekly with accurate and detailed information.
• Submit monthly business forecasts and weekly reports.
• Deliver business presentations at meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
• Provide market research, pricing analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Support pricing strategies while maintaining customer relationships.
