Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, focusing on high‑power open frame and server power solutions for data centers, telecommunications, and industrial automation.

You will lead new business development, shape sales strategies, and manage relationships with OEMs, VARs, and system integrators, collaborating with engineering, product management, and marketing. Up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

8+ years in sales within the high-power power supply industry.
Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
Deep technical understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications.
Strong network with decision-makers in relevant sectors.
Track record of meeting sales targets in a complex, technical environment.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Based on West Coast (Bay Area preferred) or Washington State.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new opportunities in high-power power supplies with target accounts.
Develop and implement sales strategies for high-value clients to hit revenue targets.
Leverage OEMs, VARs, and system integrators to expand the customer base.
Advise clients with industry expertise to deliver customized solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategies.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to align solutions.
Provide regular reporting on sales progress, pipeline, and forecasts.
