The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Focus on high-power open frame and server power solutions for data centers, telecoms, and industrial automation, with base pay and commissions.

Ideal candidate brings 8+ years in high-power power supply sales, strong OEM/VAR relationships, and a track record of achieving targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in high-power power supplies.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• Deep understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Established network with decision-makers in relevant sectors.
• Track record of meeting sales targets in a technical environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bay Area or Washington State-based preferred; West Coast locations considered.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in high-power power supplies for Northern California and Pacific Northwest.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Leverage OEMs, VARs, and system integrators to expand customer base.
• Provide industry insights to inform product strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to tailor solutions.
• Regularly update management on pipeline and market trends.
