Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest for high-power power supplies.

You will drive new business, manage OEM/VAR relationships, and collaborate with engineering and marketing to deliver customized energy solutions. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in high-power power supply sales, a strong West Coast network, and a proven track record of hitting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales within the high-power power supply industry.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• Deep technical understanding of high-power power supplies and applications.
• Strong network of decision-makers on the West Coast.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with OEMs, VARs, and system integrators.
• Provide market intelligence to inform product strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and forecasting to leadership.
