Job summary

Propark Mobility in Southern California seeks a Regional HR Generalist to partner with West Coast leaders. You will guide employee relations, performance, leaves, and workforce changes with a strong emphasis on California law and compliance.

You will support multi-site teams, coach managers, and ensure training and policy alignment. This role is hybrid remote/on-site and requires travel to West Coast sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of HR generalist experience with employee relations investigations.
• Fluency in California employment law (CFRA, FEHA, wage/hour, leave) and federal laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII).
• Experience supporting multi-site teams and using HRIS; strong coaching and judgment.
• Willingness to travel to assigned West Coast sites as needed.
• Union experience and professional HR credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues through objective investigations.
• Advise regional leaders on employee relations and policy implementation.
• Support labor relations questions and collective bargaining matters.
• Provide guidance on discipline, promotions, relocations, and restructures.
• Handle leave cases across federal, state, and local policies.
• Interpret policy, stay current with employment law, and support audits.
