Job summary

Pacific Health Group is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to conduct workplace investigations, advise managers on performance and corrective action, and support leaves and accommodations. This remote role reports to the HR Manager and partners with the HR team to ensure consistent practices.

You will lead assigned HR projects, interpret policies, and promote compliant HR processes across the organization, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Strong working knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with Paycom and ATS systems such as Workable or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations investigations and advise managers on performance and corrective action.
• Support leaves and accommodations and manage the interactive process.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR documentation and ensure compliance.
• Draft, revise HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
