Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to oversee our West Coast client-facing HR team for our PEO. This role provides leadership, client escalation management, and is an expert in California employment regulations.

You will guide HR Business Partners and Generalists across multi-state accounts, lead investigations, and advise on wage/hour, leave, PAGA, and compliance issues while maintaining SOC and HIPAA controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Deep expertise in California employment law (Labor Code, FEHA, CFRA, PDL, PAGA, Cal/OSHA).
• Experience managing a client-facing, multi-client or PEO team.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise HR Business Partners and HR Generalists supporting West Coast client accounts; set performance expectations and coach.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and team check-ins to identify growth needs.
• Collaborate with HR Manager on hiring, onboarding, and org planning for West Coast team.
• Oversee client relationship health and proactively address satisfaction/compliance risks.
• Lead or co-lead complex investigations and escalation discussions with clients and HR leadership.
