Job summary

BECK America is seeking a field-driven Regional Territory Manager to own and grow our West Coast business. This remote position involves regular field time with distributors, dealers, contractors, manufacturers, and end users at facilities and active jobsites.

The role emphasizes building partnerships, expanding accounts, product demonstrations, and actionable market feedback to management. Travel up to 50% is expected as territory needs require.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction/industrial sectors.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work remotely with field visits.
• Experience with outside sales, territory growth, and account development.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow BECK America sales across the territory.
• Protect and expand distributor and customer relationships while developing new accounts.
• Prospect via field calls, cold calls, referrals, distributor partnerships, trade events, and jobsite visits.
• Demonstrate products and help customers select the right fastening system.
• Collaborate with distributor and dealer teams to support pull-through selling.
• Develop knowledge of BECK products, pricing, competitors, and territory opportunities.
• Manage quotes, samples, trials, purchase orders, and service issues.
• Maintain CRM data: customers, opportunities, next steps, forecasts.
• Submit travel plans, sales forecasts, expenses on deadlines.
• Provide market feedback to management and internal teams.
• Represent BECK America professionally and follow safety requirements at facilities and jobsites.
