Mattr and DSG‑Canusa seek a Regional Sales Manager for the US West region. This remote-based position with base in Arizona or Oregon focuses on growing profitable demand among OEMs, end users, and distribution networks across WA, OR, ID, NV, CA, UT, and AZ.

You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations to align pricing, channels, and regional strategy with company goals. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifikationen

• One or more years of sales or marketing experience in heat-shrinkable tubing, wire and cable, electrical, or electronics.
• Experience with technical selling and channel management concepts.
• The ability to develop relationships with customers, distributors, engineering firms, agents, and internal teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan that drives profitable growth across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, California, Utah, and Arizona.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, end users, distributors, engineering firms, and sales agents through customer visits, meetings, technical presentations, telephone, and email.
• Generate demand for DSG‑Canusa products by targeting new customers, applications, markets, and end‑use specifications.
• Develop and manage an effective channel strategy through distributor training, joint customer visits, agent support, and coordinated targeting with the Inside Sales team.
• Manage opportunities from qualification through quotation and order fulfillment while making sound pricing and margin recommendations in accordance with the established approval matrix.
• Monitor sales, bookings, margins, budgets, customer activity, specifications, and agent performance through accurate contact records and monthly reporting.
• Maintain a strong presence in the territory by participating in industry committees, attending trade shows and industry events, and developing professional networks.
• Provide market intelligence on competitive activity, industry trends, new entrants, customer needs, market size, and new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with product managers and senior management to support strategic direction and adjust regional strategies as market conditions evolve.
