ttg Talent Solutions seeks a Business Development Executive for Freight/Cargo Logistics on the West Coast. The role is mostly field-based with a hybrid schedule from the LAX area and requires at least 2 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding and logistics.

You will own the full sales cycle, design tailored transport solutions, and collaborate with Pricing and Operations. English fluency is essential; Spanish is a plus. Base salary negotiable plus quarterly bonus up to $20K annually.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of active B2B sales or business development in freight or logistics.
• Proven ability to track and report sales metrics (revenue, deals, pipeline).
• Knowledge of multimodal transport (air, ocean, ground, cold chain).
• Comfort with AI quoting tools and quick proposal generation.

• Prospect, qualify, and close net-new accounts across target industries.
• Evaluate transportation requirements and craft tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with Pricing/Operations to build competitive proposals.
• Maintain pipeline in Salesforce and drive fast quote turnaround.
