ttg Talent Solutions is seeking a results-driven Freight Forwarding Sales Representative to join our international logistics client on the West Coast. This hunter-focused role focuses on new business, client relationships, and delivering customized freight solutions across air, ocean, ground, and cold chain services from the LAX-area office.

You will own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposals to closing and account growth—using Salesforce and AI-powered quoting tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales or business development in freight/logistics.
• Documented sales performance metrics (revenue, deals, pipeline).
• Knowledge of multimodal freight (air, ocean, ground, cold chain).
• Proven ability to prospect, acquire new accounts, and close independently.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and AI quoting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new B2B accounts for freight forwarding.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to closing and growth.
• Develop customized logistics solutions involving air, ocean, ground, and cold chain services.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Operations to deliver competitive freight solutions.
• Maintain sales pipeline using Salesforce and AI quoting tools.
