Job summary

White Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager based in Los Angeles, California, to spearhead new business growth in Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Supply Chain Solutions. The role requires 3+ years of sales experience in logistics and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Offering an uncapped commission structure and a competitive OTE of $150,000-220,000+, the ideal candidate will be results-driven with strong negotiation skills and existing industry contacts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new freight forwarding and logistics business.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Build relationships with importers, exporters, and manufacturers.
• Prepare quotations and service agreements.
• Work with operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets.
