Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a West Coast Account Executive to grow the Healthcare North America business by expanding new prospects and deepening existing relationships.

This field sales role is remote-friendly with up to 60% travel and requires delivering on the GROWTH plan, building strategic accounts, and collaborating with Development, Product Line Management, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to meet segment targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years outside sales experience in Healthcare or related market.
• West Coast-based location preferred; remote work allowed.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the GROWTH Plan: Sales & EBITDA for Healthcare North America.
• Develop and implement a business plan aligned with segment strategy.
• Build relationships with top-tier customers and potential customers to drive profitability.
• Anticipate market trends to position Amcor competitively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet segment targets.
• Use market data to identify opportunities for market share growth.
• Suggest product developments based on customer needs and support R&D.
• Develop and execute key account strategy plans for growth.
