Responsibilities

• Deliver the GROWTH Plan: Sales & EBITDA of Healthcare North America.
• Develop & implement business plan supporting budget achievement and segment strategy.
• Build relationships with Top Tier customers to understand their needs.
• Anticipate market trends and customer needs for competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets.
• Gather market/competition data to identify opportunities.
• Suggest and initiate product developments based on customer needs.
• Develop and execute key account strategy plans to drive growth.
