The role emphasizes delivering the Growth Plan, collaborating cross-functionally, and leveraging a strong background in healthcare sales, negotiation, and contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years outside sales experience in Healthcare or related market.
• West coast-based location preferred; remote work allowed.
• Travel up to 60%.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Innovative with project management and organizational skills.
• Able to quickly learn new products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the GROWTH Plan: Sales & EBITDA for Healthcare North America.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve budget and strategy.
• Build relationships with top-tier and prospective customers; understand business needs.
• Anticipate market trends and customer needs for competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets.
• Use market data to identify opportunities for increased market share.
• Suggest product developments based on customer needs and coordinate with R&D.
• Develop and execute key account strategy plans for growth.
