Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC on the West Coast seeks an Account Executive to grow the Healthcare North America business by developing new prospects and expanding relationships with existing customers. This field sales role requires engaging with multiple levels of client organizations.

You will lead strategic plans, travel up to 60%, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate market needs into profitable product strategies under the Amcor Way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years outside sales experience in Healthcare or related market.
• West Coast-based location preferred (remote work position).
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the GROWTH Plan: Sales & EBITDA for the Healthcare North America business.
• Develop and implement a business plan that supports budget achievement and segment strategy.
• Build relationships with top-tier customers and understand their needs to inform Amcor strategies.
• Anticipate market trends and customer needs to position Amcor with a competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet Healthcare segment targets.
• Use market data to identify opportunities for increased market share.
• Suggest product developments based on customer needs and provide support to R&D.
• Develop and execute key account strategy plans to drive growth.
